I have called the Kingston urgent care a total of 25x. They do not answer the phones. There is absolutely zero telecommunication. What a nightmare. It rings and hangs up. They’re open but they have no desire to answer the phones. What a shame.
Walk-in clinic experience was very good. Brief wait time and excellent care.
My first visit was quick and my treatment was given to me but to reach by phone was not good.Called & no one answers the phone.My second time was with Dr Catalano which was a great experience and he was completely thorough with everything.
Everyone that works here is so kind and listens to the patients concerns.
