My 96 year old mother in law wasn’t feeling well and Dr Goldstein took amazing care of her today. He is kind and patient … truly cares… and is so competent. We have been to so many other drs who couldn’t figure out her ailments and Dr Goldstein suggested something which could be the answer we are looking for. The office is clean and runs so efficiently and Tiffany in reception was so helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this facility and Dr Goldstein in particular!
I went to Optus urgent care Jericho for my son’s toenail infection. Dr. Goldstein removed his toenail and drained the fluid out. He was so nice about it and very patient throughout the entire process. He was very kind and helpful and my son felt comfortable the entire time. He even called the next day for a wound checkup on my son. 10/10! I will be going there from now on!
I have been at this facility several times, first during Covid and then haven't been there since but in the last six months I've been there twice for 2 severe issues. Both were handled professionally with care respectfully and everything was explained to me. Both doctors were super gentle and the receptionist and staff they took the time to be kind and smile. I highly recommend this facility.

My husband and I have started using the Optum Urgent Care Jericho as the best place to go for good medical treatment and good service. I was just there on Saturday, June 6 nd was pleased with the medical advice and attention. However, even better was the help given by Flo in reception. I had recently had surgery and my left arm was in a sling. I had not registered by phone as I had not seen a link or invite to do so.
