This is the only urgent care I will visit. Today Tiffany went above and beyond assisting me with an insurance issue to ensure I got to see the PA. The service she provided is unfortunately very rare in the medical industry these days. Thank you againTiffany!!
I was seen in a very short wait & was happy with the care & repeated directions to make sure I understood & would call if not feeling better after date given.
Today, on Christmas, they close at 3 om but they cut off walk in’s at 2 pm. So at 2:30 I’m turned back, left in the the lurch dealing with an unhelpful, uncaring and arrogant person at the desk.
I called the clinic and left a message in hopes of discussing this directly before leaving a review, but no one ever returned my call despite my providing contact information. I would have preferred to resolve this privately. While visiting family in New York, my husband went to this clinic with a sore throat, fever, congestion, body aches, and other symptoms.
