I had been caught with sinus issues this week and needed to see a doctor. I went to the website for Optum Urgent Care and it was simple to book the appointment. I must say Optum Urgent Care redeemed themselves from my previous experience with their services. Staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. Horrific. Went here before they closed and they charged $160 then sent the script to a pharmacy that closed in 2 minutes making it impossible to get the medication. They specifically said the pharmacy would be open. It was a pharmacy right near them so they knew it was closing in 2 minutes. They didn’t care and possibly did this on purpose. Completely unacceptable.
