The office told me they are in network with my insurance with the copay of $20 for each visit. Later, I got billed outrageous amount. The office charged >$400s for each periodic exam which last maybe 10min most. They attract patient to come in and become the patient assuring you are in network. But later, you find out they bill you as out of network and giving you approx $900 bills for wellness visit and routine blood work. This is insurance fraud. woman at the front desk was extremely rude, they forced everyone to wait outside in 30 degree weather and over 3 hours to serve about 20 people, will never come back here

Never answer the phone, always crowded, always have to wait, unenthusiastic admin team. Don’t waste your time.

Not reviewing the people or service, but waiting 2.5 hours+ for a Covid test in unacceptable, they need to have more than one person available for testing, management should know better than that.
