I don't have much opinion of this place. Just annoyed it suggests to make an appointment online, but they pass seeing you strictly on the time you come in and disregard the appointment entirely.
Why this location has so many positive ratings is beyond me. There is only one doctor here and over an hour wait to be seen just for a RAPID COVID TEST! over an hour… multiple walk ins were told the wait would be 2+ hours and even tho I made a 5pm appointment they did not honor my door and let people go infront of me. Avoid at all cost!
The receptionist may be the rudest individual to ever work in health care. They do not take appointments and deny service to walk-ins; they talk audibly and negatively about walk-ins and how much they hate their jobs. They also threaten to call 911 on you for asking to speak with their provider/manager. This place is neither Pro, Urgent, nor Care.
The worst customer service. Don’t go there. You’ll be waiting all day.
The doctors, nurses and entire staff are phenomenal. The best care I’ve had in years.
