Was told they would no longer allow my insurance Medicaid for Urgent Care. When I called my insurance to dispute it told me I had to self pay as an individual. Asked where I could go as I've always been here without an issue and was told that they weren't going to argue with me when I genuinely was confused why I was not able to go to my in network urgent care and not told until waiting for over 30 minutes for my appointment.
