I visited the clinic with my 5yo because she woke up with an eye infection. Everyone was very polite, gentle and kind to me and my daughter, we didn't wait more than 10 minutes and everything worked out very well. It was our first time visiting a walk-in clinic, but definitely, we will come back in the future when needed. The place was clean and neat. We called ahead of the visit, and they answered quickly and politely.
It was good. Got the results I wanted in a timely manner. They did how ever look up my name from my driver's license (f. Sean beckerer) and not my 8nsurance card (frank beckerer) so when they found me they did not have my adress and phone number in the computer under the name they looked up. Staff was friendy. The two women that took care of me were friendy therow and gorgeous. I wish they had weighed me.

Would have given a zero if able. I would like to discuss the care my daughter received from Arthur Yazhemskiy at the urgent care location in Derby - Division St location. I brought my daughter in around 7:00pm for a reserved appt. I brought her in because she was coughing and had back / chest pain and generally did not feel well.
