The nurses are really helpful and patient, and were so engaging and kind to my kids!
They've sent a mail yes not an email, a year after we used their services for us to pay for unknown cost of services when they were clear that our insurance policy would cover the cost. Tried reaching them over the phone with no response and a mail that threatens to send the balance to their collection agency :)

Everyone on the day I went was so caring and so professional. I was positive for covid and my husband was not. I tested him everyday just in case. Five days in and he just tested positive. No doubts as to where he is going tomorrow. To this exact urgent care.
