The nurses are really helpful and patient, and were so engaging and kind to my kids!
They've sent a mail yes not an email, a year after we used their services for us to pay for unknown cost of services when they were clear that our insurance policy would cover the cost. Tried reaching them over the phone with no response and a mail that threatens to send the balance to their collection agency :)
I am from out of town and was understandably slightly nervous to try and navigate a new health facility in a new city, but Jan Marie behind the front desk made the experience not only comfortable but entirely enjoyable. Everyone on the day I went was so caring and so professional. I was positive for covid and my husband was not. I tested him everyday just in case. Five days in and he just tested positive. No doubts as to where he is going tomorrow. To this exact urgent care.
