I’ve never had any issues with the staff, front desk always professional and quick service. My provider Sonya Walsh is always on point, listens and asks questions, the assistant is always professional and gets all the previsit info ready for the provider
I've only had wonderful experiences here. Dr Walsh is friendly, thorough, fast, and amazing! The front desk staff has also been very friendly every time I'm there.
Compassion is not at the forefront of their core values despite what they say. Actions speak louder than words. I have been out of a critical medication for 5 days now, I submitted a refill request on 3/28 and have received ZERO response despite what the MY CHART message portal says about getting a reply in 48 hours. Doctors are great but you have to go through the horrible help at check in. Almost entirely impossible to call to schedule an appointment. Hopefully changes happen soon otherwise I will be looking for another primary care facility
