I have had nothing but a positive experience with Dr. Loy, but this week I am having the same experience with the front desk attendant that another patient complained about recently: Poor communication and lack of compassion in trying to refill a prescription. A week ago, I asked my pharmacy to request a refill of my blood pressure medication. After three days, nothing had happened and I called Optum to ask for the refill (and to ask about the delay). I’ve never had any issues with the staff, front desk always professional and quick service. My provider Sonya Walsh is always on point, listens and asks questions, the assistant is always professional and gets all the previsit info ready for the provider
I've only had wonderful experiences here. Dr Walsh is friendly, thorough, fast, and amazing! The front desk staff has also been very friendly every time I'm there.
Compassion is not at the forefront of their core values despite what they say. Actions speak louder than words. I have been out of a critical medication for 5 days now, I submitted a refill request on 3/28 and have received ZERO response despite what the MY CHART message portal says about getting a reply in 48 hours.
