Awesome clinic! Always clean and amazing doctors!
A good experience. Much less stressful than driving to the appointment and sitting in a waiting room. With the price of gas and in my case a ferry ride it also saved me $40.00 in expenses. My doctor was 15 minutes late but I was notified with a message which was appreciated. I did not feel rushed in any way. The audio did cut out occasionally but I live on an island which is typical. Overall very positive experience.
I have been going to this facility since it was Totem Lake Family Medicine. My primary has retired, but I have picked up a new doctor that I like. I have Aetna insurance through Costco, and these are the providers I prefer.
I had a similar issue to Manoj. I've been seeing Dr. Kevin McCarty for 20+ years, and he has always been (and continues to be) excellent. In my most recent annual visit, I had a quick question about some shoulder and elbow pain, which couldn't have added more than 2-3 minutes to the total appointment. Though the annual visit is fully covered by my insurance, I was charged an $166.50 for this other issue.
