Let me preface this by saying that it's not the doctor's care that's bad, but the customer service experience. I had to wean myself off of medication because they took two months to get back to me about a referral. When they finally got back to me, they told me to just call my insurance directly. The Optum messaging app doesn't work, and when you call the office, it just takes you to their customer service center.
