Very nice and kind
I've been at this site since the 1990s when it was Harriman Jones Medical Group. While the nurses, medical techs, and doctors still give great care, now that it belongs to United Health, it has become horrible. Don't expect good customer service at all
There is no one to be held accountable for anything. No actually in making a issue or problem will ever get addressed. Waited on phone for 45 minutes (15 at a time) to resolve a issue or speak to patient advocate. I believe this is by design. If my doctor of 30 years weren't here I would find another health care system quickly.
I went to check about a cough. Everything went well. I was called in, the doctor saw me, everything fast and professional 👍🏼👍🏼. I had to get covid test, okay, fine because of the cough. It was negative, thank God. It was the most painful covid test I ever gotten. The nurse stuck the swab all the way in as far as it went, four times each side. 8 hours later, it still hurts.
