This place is a joke. I made an appointment months in advance and took time off of work just so they could cancel the day before. The staff was rude and just didn't care that I have to wait another 4 months to be seen. Meanwhile I've been with out my medications for months and have to wait even longer
I’m truly considering leaving Optum, it isn’t the physicians fault, but the staff is indifferent and rude. At this location the lab is slow and you get the impression they are annoyed you are there. An older man didn’t know where to place his wife’s urine sample and the woman in charge was annoyed that he tried to give it to her, many labs have a labeled tray to put the sample, and irritated again that he didn’t know how to sign-in, no pen and paper only a screen. What a horrific experience, if your looking for great healthcare this is not the place . Today I saw Nicole in OB and I left in tears . Not one concern addressed or question answered . I feel violated as they had me get undressed and after two brief minutes with her I stated clearly I did NOT want my annual exam I had went there for she continued anyway . I had a breast exam and pelvic that was very uncomfortable . I asked her about my main concern and she said helping me would be a shot in the dark . How do people get medic... read more
