Optum is a poor choice for healthcare. Both of my last two primary care providers quit working there. Optum cancels appointments without notifying you, and when you finally get in (3 months after the original cancelled appointment) they barely give you the time of day. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for a doctor.
Excellent in every way. I highly recommend Optum.
On the whole Optum has always been very satisfactory to me. They’ve corrected quite well the wait time which was not good previously
