If I could give this place is zero I would. The doctors there are actually incredibly good. But they switch computer systems. The new computer system is even worse than the old one went to go get blood and urine for my 83 year-old mother before her upcoming visit was missing one of the urine tests called and spoke to somebody three different times said it was on its way. I've been trying to pay my bills and been getting nothing but a hassle. Being told I don't have bills when I know I do. This place is a mess. Don't bother.
All my doctors have up and left Optum at this location, the only provider I had left was Kyle S. in pain management. I just saw on my chart that all my future appointments with him have been cancelled, no one has bothered to call me and let me know what is going on. If this is the kind of care Optum is providing I would say seek treatment elsewhere. Kyle S. Is an excellent pain specialist it will be a great loss if he is leaving. Optum needs to do a better job at notifying their patients when things change.
