They don’t ever answer the phone my grandmother is waiting to get a referral to get mri and the doctor sent it without a signature so we need the signature ! No answer I call everyday as well as the mri place calls too!

Update: I received a call from Jackie in the neurology department at 5:11 PM. As a clinical supervisor, I believe that assigning a single individual to answer the phone places undue hardship on them, particularly when faced with disgruntled patients, which ultimately affects the clinic's overall functionality. I love Dr. Gandhi but it's impossible to reach her. I've stayed on the phone for over 20mn and no one answers! I've called multiple times from different numbers and nothing. It's infuriating that it feels that i have to beg to schedule and appointment or just get information!
