Update: my husband finally got an appointment on the books without having bloodwork first. We thought we were finally making progress…and then the office called him back and cancelled his appointment! My husband has had nothing but negative experiences with this office. He too wants to simply make an appointment to see Dr Weaver but the front desk refuses the schedule him without first jumping thru ridiculous hoops like “what are you symptoms”, “you’ll have to talk to the nurse first to see if you can come in”, “you need to ... read more
Courteous, informed support staff. Medically well informed professional staff. Doctor reviews test results with you and gives his medical opinion as to how to procede. Doctor takes his time discussing test results and courses of future action, etc. and is not in a hurry to get you out of there.
Excellent customer service says it all!
