scheduling was easy, appoint was on time the nurse who drew blood for testing was great , the doctor was attentive and answered all my questions. The test results came back in a couple of days and were easy to understand.
The doctors are "nice," but I've never felt like a "number" rather than a human being than I do with the current Optum network and system. Sad but true. The photo shows my phone time at over an hour waiting on hold to speak with Optum.
