I have been patient for over a decade. Care was quite competent during the 6 months of my West Nile episode. The OPTUM franchise must have been purchased within the last year. Reception was not interested when I arrived, no smiles or greeting. The care staff is better but presents as overworked. The numerous schedule glitches were ‘computer issues’ or my fault. Always accurate..on time..caring and professional.
My family has been coming here since it was Healthcare Partners. Everyone has treated us with kindness and efficiency. Dr. Phan at the Spring Street office is our PCP. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and shows genuine concern. He's a gem, and I highly recommend him! I recently saw Melissa Fitzgerald, NP, for an urgent matter. She is a sweetheart! She also was very knowledgeable and helpful!
The liason Noemi Guardian for the Spring Street office is horrible! I emailed and called her about my patient care experience and she never responded. The only reason I put up with Optum is because my doctor is wonderful, otherwise I would be finding a new Primary. It's unfortunate such a great doctor has switched to Optum.
