I should have made a research on this location before I enrolled to a new doctor at Optum. I can see why the rating is only 2 1/2 stars which is a red flag already. Anyway, I requested for a refill twice already but there was none in my pharmacy. I followed up again for the third time and the person that was on the phone was not helpful at all. EDIT: 1. the bill is in dispute with insurance and Optum STILL sent it to collections knowing it was in dispute. 2. the phone number left in reponse was not a number that could even discuss the bill. The reply was just for optics and not useful at all. Substandard care and no billing adjustments. The doctor was over an hour late, I was the first appointment and the receptionist confirmed it was not because she was in surgery but they weren't able to reach her. I completely agree with everyone's comments about this place. Additionally, the receptionist was incredibly rude when I did the check in with an empty place.

I would give zero stars if possible. I tried to see my PCP (Dr. Gaddam) for some pressing health issues that needs to be addressed in-person as soon as possible. The first try setting an appointment the MA/Receptionist pushed for a virtual appointment instead but eventually convinced them for an in-person appointment. Got to my appointment day and the location/my PCP tried to change my appointment to a virtual again. I walked out after that. I had services provided through Optum on September of 2021, and through a billing error, Optum sent an amount I "owe" to a collection agency. Not only that, the notice was sent to my wife, different last name, different insurance company, and I am STILL dealing with this.
