I have never spent so much time with so many incompetent people and been treated in such a condescending manner. No one returns your calls - no one has any authority to do anything and they simply "I will send this to XXX dept and they will give you a call" I have 14 of those incompetent responses. I am hiring a attorney to get what I paid for.
The Specialty Pharmacy has been wonderful for me.
I am an Army Veteran and had a C&P exam on 8/29/25 for my left knee and lower back with Anna House, NP. There were a lot of issues with the appointment. It was supposed to take an hour minimum but only took 30mins and she was in a rush. She did not use the Goniometer to measure my range of motion which is a strict standard. Anna House did not see or take into account my Orthopedic Doctor’s recommendation for spinal fusion surgery or look at my MRIs. Anna House is doing a disservice to military veterans seeking help. The Specialty Pharmacy hasbbeeñ wonderful for me.
I simply wanted ONE prescription transferred & I was on the phone 45 minutes, I asked for a manager, bc Shawn in pharmacy services he told me I was not allowed to talk to a supervisor, when I asked his name, he then said that the supervisor would not take my call!! Worst customer service ever
