The receptionist named Rachel is very rude and short. Straight up told me and my mom one time “we don’t take cash” when she saw us. I was very surprised, what!? We have insurance! I’ve been coming here for a dozen times and every interaction with her left an extreme unpleasant feeling and never felt supported when in need. Always an attitude with snarky comments. Walked in i on Friday afternoon for lab work, was done in ten minutes, no problems
Flat out refused to see me. I just need an xray (broken foot). I have insurance via the exchange (self employed) and they said they don't have a contract with my insurance company. Ok, fine. I'll pay cash, just please see me and help me get this xray. "We can't see you. We don't have a contract with your ins co." So you are just going to flat out refuse me treatment? "Yes, that's what they tell us to do..." said with a smile on her face.
