Dava, one of the front desk receptionists, was really kind and wonderful. We were very thankful for her care, as well as the wonderful xray technician. Dr. Todd was also kind, caring and wise!
Went in for preventative, was charged for services. Insurance said they didn’t code for preventative. Billing was uncompromising and rude.
I made an appointment day of and had excellent service. From checkin to meeting with the doctor it was the best service I’ve received at a walk in clinic. The office was busy but the were very efficient. Thank you
The receptionist named Rachel is very rude and short. Straight up told me and my mom one time “we don’t take cash” when she saw us. I was very surprised, what!? We have insurance! I’ve been coming here for a dozen times and every interaction with her left an extreme unpleasant feeling and never felt supported when in need. Always an attitude with snarky comments.
