My husband and I traveled to his appt this morning and I had become apprehensive after reading some of these reviews. We arrived early, he was taken back in a timely manner, and his appt could not have been more professional and courteous. Thank you for a good experience.☺️
My experience with Optum Serve has been consistently disappointing. Several of the providers I’ve seen through this organization have demonstrated a lack of professionalism, with one in particular being notably rude and dismissive during my appointment. In addition, there have been repeated and serious errors made when completing the VA DBQs.
