I’m very disappointed with Seal BeachLeisure world Optum. John, my husband, was supposed to get a call from a male, named Joe. Joe was supposed to make doctor appointments. He never called, and I waited for a week. He finally called Optum, and they told him those doctors don’t work there at LW Optum! I went to the Optum building, and was able to make those doctor appointments for myself. I then had them change the name from my name to his name. Seal Beach stole Dr Park from Cypress great Doctor ,always polite and had the time to call their patients, never in a hurry super nice !!!!!!
