The OPTUM clinic in Leisure World is very good. It provides with very quick, efficient, and professional service. From doctors, their assistants, to front desk staff, everyone I encountered is very helpful. Its service is better than Keiser Permanent-which is a big fercility , sometimes with long waiting times. Optum’s service is also better than a few private doctors’ clinics that I had before. Dr Tang is wonderful! I am frustrated with everything else. The phone system is HORRIBLE!, There is no option to return a call from staff. Crazy I’ve tried to return a call all week related to important paperwork. I’ve been hung up on 3 times (phone system). I’ve been on hold for over 30 min several times and not connected. The only human contact is the appt option, but they ask about 10 questions each time I call but I never get connected.
