I have always received good care at this facility especially with Dr. Nancy Smith, but a recent new rule limits doctors to 10 minutes with each patient. For this reason I am no longer satisfied. I had to wait weeks for an appointment and in that time my condition deteriorated to the point that 10 minutes was not sufficient causing me to have to wait a week for ANOTHER 10 minute app’t! I got sicker during the wait.
Dr. Sullyvan Tang is the best doctor I have had as my provider. He is prepared for the visit with lab results and history of specialist visits. He is thorough, a good listener, and furnishes the patient with a printout of the visit for further reference. The facility is professional, clean, and pleasant. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
Dr. Tang is a doctors doctor. Best doctor I have ever ran across in my 70+ years.
