Im suffering from severe sciatica pain and called 3 times to leave a message for my doctor to prescribe my medication. All calls took over 15 minutes to be answered and I didn't get my medication. Geri, the third person I spoke with, was incompetent asking me for all the information I already had provided to them. She was rude and provided no assistance, In the end the clinic closed and I didn't get my medication or speak with my doctor.
I love going to Optum! The staff is friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make your visit as easy as possible. Dr. Yen is a fantastic doctor. He takes his time and answers all my many questions.
Real good at giving the run around and not explaining what your results actually mean.
