I've been going to this particular Optum in San Clemente for 4 years now and love the very friendly, professional staff! Never have to wait too long and given precise details and instructions on my care. They listen and answer any questions I have very thoroughly and always show compassion or interest!
Phone is not answered, what an unorganized mess. This is on a Wednesday at 1130 am, I tried multiple times using various connections. Such a waste of time!
Dr Wood and the entire team at Optum San Clemente have been extremely helpful and considerate with my health care needs. Whether I am in office, on telemed appointments or have needed immediate unscheduled help, everyone has taken care of me.
