Placed my order a week ago...says everything's on the way. Then today I got a call saying that one of the meds they are out of and will be out long term. IT TOOK A WEEK TO CALL to tell me that, again their website said it was on the way. Also, a lot of different information from all the people there too. Unacceptable.
Prescriptions are always out of stock causing me to run out of meds and having to get locally which cost more money. Optum is useless
Been getting meds from OptumRx since I got a Medicare Advantage plan. First word of advice: DO NOT GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD. Luckily I have NEVER been charged for my three generic meds...but OptumRx has tried. If there was a credit card connected to my account, it would've been a nightmare. (I'm sure many seniors just give up and pay the bill.) Second: every transaction with this company has necessitated intervention on my part. EVERY TRANSACTION. Many times, multiple calls. I didn't think anything could be worse than Optum Specialty, but the regular Optum, Optum RX, proved me wrong. Horrible customer service, delayed medication delivery, multiple hangs up from both the automated system and the live-agents.
