I had an appointment with Manwinder Kaur, MD. Arrived at my appointment on time and was turned away. She provided no explanation. Absolutely rude. I wish they were still healthcare partners with the original physicians. These new doctors suck ass. Deserve less than 1 star.
Cancels appt and doesn’t call. No follow through. Terrible employees and worst doctors. Stay away.
My wife and I love our doctor There amazing and because we have great insurance we get the best care from our providers. I definitely would recommend this location to any of my friends and family...
Got no care. Terrible and totally incompetent administration. Was insulted by the doctor, then charged multiple times for the same appointment I already paid for. The front desk was incapable of even checking if they accept my health insurance. And once when I was 10minutes late I called in to let them know, was told over the phone I had a 20minute grace period, and when I arrived found out they'd just gone ahead and cancelled my appointment. This Optum location is a scam. I found this company on a list that my health insurance provided as a health facility that I can go to. So, I called and they seemed confused like they never heard of my health insurance company, but the lady claimed she found it and said she'll send me through some onboarding process and scheduled me for an appointment.
