Nurses are rude doctors are cold and dismissive nurse practitioners don't listen. Have fun waiting 6 to 7 months to see any sort of specialist. I freaking hate Optum. No one seems to really give a crap
Probably the worst experience I've ever had. Dr tang showed very little interest in me and lacks compassion. When she came in the room she already had an attitude. Not good. I came for a consultation regarding my thyroid and voice issues. She did not care. I'm a little hard of hearing and every time she had to repeat herself she made a face like she was annoyed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I left more frustrated than ever. Waste of time.
I had a highly disappointing experience with Dr. Alvin Umeda at this clinic, following the Septoplasty surgery he performed on me. I received negligent post-op care and poor communication which worsened my recovery. I wasn’t given any guidance about common side effects that may occur post-surgery or how to remedy them and when I reached out for help via the patient portal, I received little to no response. Dr. Tang was of no help. Lacks any compassion and seems not to be kind or concerned. We waited over a month for this appointment. Complete waste of time. We will seek help and knowledge elsewhere.
! BEWARE DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME ! I had the worst experience here with Dr. Alden Smith and his nurses. I have been sick for nine months, NINE MONTHS WITH AN INFECTION! After a long time waiting I met Dr.Alden who was dismissive and eager to finish the appointment. Long story short he ordered bloodwork and I go to get it done, only to be told I can’t as the doctor didn’t provide a return address, as the phlebotomist explained.
