I had a highly disappointing experience with Dr. Alvin Umeda at this clinic, following the Septoplasty surgery he performed on me. I received negligent post-op care and poor communication which worsened my recovery. I wasn’t given any guidance about common side effects that may occur post-surgery or how to remedy them and when I reached out for help via the patient portal, I received little to no response. Dr. Tang was of no help. Lacks any compassion and seems not to be kind or concerned. We waited over a month for this appointment. Complete waste of time. We will seek help and knowledge elsewhere.

My daughter is seen here and Dr. Thiel is one of the most incredible doctors I've ever encountered. I've never been to an office where people take the time to know me and my family. I have little ones and they are always so sweet and accommodating. They take the time during each visit to listen to all of your concerns. Dr. Thiel goes above and beyond for my daughter and I am so grateful there are still doctors like her. This office feels like family.
Get ready to wait. Appointment time was 1045 and it’s now 1125 without being seen. I asked how long until my son can be seen, and they don’t have an answer. Why is this becoming more normal amongst businesses. Greed and lack of availability and accountability leads to overbooking and then the patients or customers have to waste their time.
