this was THE WORST practice ive ever been to. For starters their phones are down and you can never transfer through. then the day of my appointment 6/19 (Juneteenth holiday) they called me and asked if i could come to my appointment any earlier i told them i was working and could not. they then said okay. (my guess they wanted to leave early and i was the last appointment.) Not sure why all of the hate. I’ve seen multiple doctors at this location, as well as the radiology department for ultrasounds and mammograms. Everyone has always been very nice, patient, and courteous. Never once had a problem and really appreciate having them in Yorktown.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I have called now 5 times, and been on hold for 20+ minutes each call. Busy, I can understand but 5 separate calls at 5 separate times?

Wow. I was impressed from time I walked in door to time I left. Including the gentleman who did my MRI. Tough to say for an RN of of over 40 years. Didn’t bother to read other reviews before I wrote mine. We nurses are picky but this office is great!!!

Please don’t be deterred by the negative reviews. I was greeted at the front desk by an older woman who was quite friendly. I then had a biopsy with the most wonderful nurse, Angela, and doctor Karcich. I could not have had better treatment if my own family took care of me. They were both so very kind to me. Everything was explained. I was listened to. They took such exceptional care of me through the procedure, and after when I emotionally fell apart. I never felt rushed, I never felt like I was a number. Quite the contrary... read more
