I have been trying to make an appointment for days for an x ray and my calls weren’t answered. I just called and got an answer and the lady on the phone way beyond rude and snappy. I didn’t even do anything wrong she answered the phone in a bad mood.

I have mixed feelings about this place. I like that it's new, clean, and the people are friendly. But the few times I've been there, there have been inconvenient errors. From administrative mix-ups to having to re-do imaging because body parts obscured areas, they have all just resulted in time-consuming inconveniences. The people are very nice though. I'm not fond of the whole "going through a service instead of being able to call the front desk" - but that's not their fault. Just the way it is these days.

Absolutely and hands down one of my favourite medical labs/radiology experiences ever. The entire staff is professional, caring and efficient. I really can’t say enough about Optum Radiology in Huntington. It will restore your faith in superior radiological care if yours has been tarnished.

Poorly managed. Northwell has much better service. I was told this afternoon to come to the office to pick up contrast dye for a CTscan scheduled for tomorrow and that the office would be open until 5 pm. When I arrived at 445, the office was shut down. I called and there was a wait to answer my call. I used the automated system to request a call back. The call back system also failed. Was unable to speak with anyone.
