Had to get a test done and specialized insurance asked the office to call them for prior authorization for the test. When asked the office, they said they called but it wasn’t covered so they had to go through my primary. While I was in my appointment, my husband heard the woman who told me she had called the insurance company, yelling in the office in front of him and other patients, “Go ahead fire me, I’m looking for another job anyway”. Lindsey the tech was amazing. She made me feel so calm and she was easy to talk to. Optum is a great health service and I’ve had no complaints with any of the providers.
