They were fabulous back when they were Sitron Hammel but since becoming Optum they are terrible - I cannot even get my records from them So sad After going to them for decades - I now will be looking for a new place

As an Optum patient, I went to Optum Radiology for a mammogram and sonogram last year. The service has been billed as an out-of-network provider because they are called Caremount Medical now and not in my Medicare network. I have been calling and emailing for almost a year with no resolution to this problem. If I ask for a call back, my phone rings once then disconnects.
