Elysia is the only doctor who *actually* listened to me, and helped me finally get a diagnosis for an issue I had been dismissed about by other doctors for OVER A DECADE. She treated me like a person, not a paycheck. She listened to me and my opinions, google finds, and intuition - she trusted me instead of gaslighting me like most doctors…all around amazing care from Elysia and the nurses. you can't talk to anyone at the actual office. the main operator will not let you. amazing what's happened to the medical business...also, got the flu and asked if I could get theraflu and they told me they couldn't help so I went to a walk in clinic.
Awful customer service. They don’t seem to care about patients well being at all. No room for any sort of grace with these people.
I have gone to this location for a long time. Finally found someone who is interested in my issues. She left the practice and I was given to a physician assistant who from the get go was odd. Wouldn’t look me in the face. My pharmacy and I have been leaving messages all week for her as the pharmacist has questions about my albuterol prescription. If you want a medical provider that is way more interested in how they can find ways to take more of your money, than they are in actually taking care of people.... this is your place! But don't expect them to actually communicate with you. They'll make notes in their system advising what you need to do, but you won't know unless/until you call in to find out why you haven't received a reply.
