Dr. Jeorge and her staff are great, wait time’s reasonable. However we are rightly or wrongly judged by the companies we associate with and in their case put patients with. Optum has associated itself with CCS medical for certain types of medical devices and patient care and support. A simple reviews and or ratings check of this group make one wonder if they bothered to check or just don’t care who the do business with and consequently leave their patients to have to deal with. since Optum took ovedr this office it the worst Dr. office I have evedr went to. I loved Dr Gueverra but he left . Now don't Know is the other doctor is still there. My freiend saw her but now hasnt seen her in over a year/ Can''t get referals sent to specialists / I have been a patient for over 5 years and now there is no one to take care of the patients.
So far the best care team ever meet. Called and spoke to Elizabeth who took care of my needs amazingly, also spoke to office manager who was very nice to explain all the processes for my needs and was very kind to introduce me to her staff members. Last but not least Dr. Vanessa Jorge is the best doctor I ever met, very knowledgeable, best bedside manners and so nice to talk to. Recommend this doctor 100%. Overall a very nice busy place but a nice one to be a patient.
Dr. Jorge & Denise are the best!!! It was my 1st time there. Their care, compassion & kindness was A+. The whole entire staff was friendly & helpful. The office it self is extremely clean neat & organized. I can tell you that as a 1st time patient, I was so grateful for Dr Jorge's patience &knowledge. I had 9 questions written down, that were all answered & I did not feel rushed. I just moved to Central Florida after having 3 Cancer surgeries. This practice does NOT deserve 1star. Most rude & unprofessional & inexperienced front office staff ever. (With exception of Jeanette). The poor girl trying to answer & accommodate me). Was on hold 25 minutes and drove to office only to find I’m still on hold and three girls in the front office not one the phones. Refuse to address my health needs & see floating Dr. that was filling in for Dr. Jorge. I waited 3-1/2 hrs. Dr.’s Guevara & Natalie Jenkins left the practice.
