I saw Jennifer Meadows 1/5 as a new patient. She was so helpful to me filling out firm, giving her my patient history. Jennifer's, patience, understanding, and caring was greatly appreciated! I look forward to working with her in the upcoming year. She gets an A + from me!!
I have been attending this optum office for quite a while. The front desk is nice and the providers are awesome! They also have a amazing in house therapist named Veronica who has been very kind in my mental health journey! I will keep recommending optum!
Afyer 3 yrs...We've both enjoyed the Care of Naomi Jimenez who is a dear, listens & is knowledgeable. Upon seeing all the negative comments we believe we understand why for 2 reasons: We arrived In AZ during COVID & things were disruptive w/different front desk staff as well as a "change over" to Optum & w/remodeling. Jennifer Meadows was great! Been coming to this office when it was West Valley Internal Medicine and Urgent Care. I have ALOT of serious health issues and Jennifer was thorough, compassionate,caring and very easy to talk too! I highly recommend her. Thanks Jennifer for a great experience. Revised version! Had an appointment, went there and they refused my appointment and front office girl rude as heck,.been going there for 15 years. Called my insurance and I am on network so I called office and transferred me to every person, dropping calls had to wait another 30 minutes to get on phone. Now I have to wait for office manager to call. I’m a very busy person and barely able to make an appointment and to do this?? Oh this makes me mad. Love my doc btw
