Excellent!
Horrible staff can make a doctor(s) and their business look bad. No follow through, the phone system is much to be desired. The person that answers is at home or in another state and reaching the office you need is like pulling teeth.
Once again Optum delivered first class service. The medical staff are friendly, caring & professional.
It was great everyone was very nice and all of my concerns were addressed
