Everyone I met at the facility were absolutely great! All the staff were very efficient and knowledgeable.All my questions were addressed. First time in long time my blood pressure was taken without being in pain. Great job Everyone!
The turnover of doctors and NPs is too high. Without notice, you may find yourself with a new PCP or have your care transferred from an MD to an NP. The office staff is neither friendly nor helpful, and the billing department does not seem responsive to disputed charges. The office manager is also extremely difficult to reach. It took four months to receive a call back, and there was still no follow-up on my concerns. I continue to spend time trying to resolve my billing issues. All Professionals at this office are friendly, very easy to communicate with and very detailed in each patient's care. Nurse Practitioner Linda Okafor APRN, Assistant Kaylee and front desk Gronya are always ready to help, making a visit to this office very pleasant when one is seeking medical help; in addition to having a Phlebotomist at this location makes it easy to have your blood drawn in office, saving a trip to another location.
Such friendly, professional staff members. They listen to you and don’t cut you off or talk over you. Incredible experience. Highly recommend.
Had my wellness visit with Dr. Popelas today. She answered all my questions, as usual. I have been very satisfied with my care while she has been my physician. She will be missed.
