I love this place. They take care of all my medical needs for my primary doctor. Shelly is an excellent doctor. Sits down and listens to you almost never heard of anymore. Most doctors are in and out not this place.
I can see why they have 1 star. Someone from their office told me to switch my plan to the other plan for Arizona so I did so that I could get a jury questionnaire dismissal filled out. Waited and waited for my appointment just to be called the day before with somebody who is completely clueless about the whole insurance situation. Come to find out they don’t take either of the plans and I can’t be seen and I’m out of time to get this filled out and returned. They refused to fill it out and return even though I was a patient... read more
Don't trust this place!!! My wife and I are seniors and paid in full every dollar we were asked to pay, every visit. We should not owe any money according to the office. Yet we have been billed the same $87 dollar's repeatedly. They are a scam!! How can you owe money when you pay ALL of your bill each time? Stay away!!!!
