Office staff is terrible at getting prescriptions filled, some have terrible attitudes when you explain that you would like some communication. If you need to have a visit once a year the doctors are great, but the office staff makes it unbearable to use them regularly. Also if you expect the office to be open and accepting phone calls when they say it is be prepared to be disappointed...
Very nice people I love it here. I will coming here for now on.
Refused to call in a refill for a pimple cream for me without me coming in for a visit since I was last seen 2-3 years ago. Even though the script I had I previously asked for multiple refills on and I only needed to use 1 in that 2-3 year time. Really disappointed. I had an eye doctor that was able to call in a prescription for me for pink eye when I was getting married in hawaii to hawaii pharmacy and this person couldn’t even call in a refill for a pimple cream how greedy. Will be taking business elsewhere.
Terrible they don’t care about you! If you call for your dr don’t expect a call back you will have to recall 6 times before you get some where
