So very disappointing. Staff wishes to do nothing. Not even talk to insurance about medication. It took them 2 weeks and 2 calls from me to get results of my blood work. Ask around about this company. That will tell you what you need to know.
Billing department is horrible. They have sent me the same bill for several months and I have paid it months ago. I even have the proof from my bank but they still keep sending me the same bill. It's like they can't get accounts straight.
I have been a patient of Dr. Crowe for many years, and she is truly an outstanding physician. I hold her in the highest regard. Unfortunately, my experience with Optum as an organization has been consistently disappointing. The administrative and systemic issues significantly detract from the quality of care she provides. I sincerely hope she considers practicing in an environment that better reflects her professionalism and standards.
Do not go here! My wife and I have been patients at this location for a little over one year. We’ve both had terrible experiences after needing care from a concussion or sprained foot. Calling them takes forever or expecting a call back rarely happens. I would not recommend anyone with a chronic health condition go here. It took me an hour just to get my annual labs done last week, starting with a line out the front door to check in.
