Very poorly run office. Went three times once with children, awful all three times.
Let me start by saying that I NEVER write bad reviews. I always give people the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, today I had enough of the front office rudeness and lack of professionalism. Nothing against the kindness of the nurses and doctors there, but they are hurting their reputation. Time to hire new people?
Large turnover rate in this office. I called to get my prescription refilled and then told my current Dr no longer works there.. AGAIN. No letter to inform us, nothing. This is the THIRD time our primary Dr has left and I've been told I have to "establish myself with a new doctor!" Even though I've been going there for years! The only reason we've continued there is because they have our medical records and we live nearby. The utter incompetence of this office is astounding. Basic medical care is unobtainable, they are unable to complete proper referrals. Stay away.
Awesome office! They treat us so great. I've never had a better experience than here, ever! I love them so much I never go anywhere else. Seriously, they should have all 5 stars all the time.
