Years ago, this was a great office with awesome front desk employees. I used to see Dr. McManaman and she really cared about me as a patient and it was easy to see that she cared about other people there, too. Since she left, my husband and I visited this office one time. We will never go back because the front desk employees are snobs and honestly just mean people. Hands down the worst experience I have EVER had at a doctor's office in my entire life, and I would give a zero star review if I could. Last November (2024), I established with this clinic in order to schedule an annual exam, and was told before I could make the annual that I needed to first make an appointment to meet the doctor. I did this and then was able to schedule the annual in January. $80 worth of copays later, this doctor then proceeds to give me a diagnosis without informing me of what this was, in order to refill... read more
This clinic was the absolute worst patient experience for my wife and I, with unprofessional staff, manager and providers. We have never been treated this badly by any doctor's office or clinic, and we advise anyone looking to establish care to go anywhere else but here. They not only gave my wife a diagnosis without informing her, but they then incorrectly billed for an office visit in order to charge us more, refused to resolve the issue, and left us with a late payment fee while we were waiting for the manager to help res... read more
Brought my daughter to get her check up and vaccines for school and they were great! They gave her independence to answer her own medical questionnaire, talked to us both about the process, discussed what vaccines we were interested in and took great care of her!
