Awesome office! They treat us so great. I've never had a better experience than here, ever! I love them so much I never go anywhere else. Seriously, they should have all 5 stars all the time.
I do not recommend Dr. Voth, I suffered a head, neck injury in November, I told Dr Voth I had severe pain, I saw him Two times both times he seemed very dismissive, I didn't feel like he believed me, despite many calls to his office asking for help. Now here we are 3 months later of severe pain, I saw a different Dr. diagnosed severe neck Injury, hearing loss.
Great experience with providers and staff but billing issues. Nine months after service, received two separate bills for two separate visits but same account number. Calling to pay it only gave me info for one bill which I paid off and couldn’t pay the other bill as the system told me the account was paid. I was told by a rep there’s a glitch in the billing system and to wait for a new bill. Instead of getting a new bill I was sent to collections for a minor amount of money. I have a complaint. Not with my wife’s doctor but with the front desk. She had us write down our social security numbers which i thought was weird . I don’t give our numbers to no one. I don’t know if she was new to her job. No one ever asks us for our SSNs. So anyone there can use our accounts to do bad things. I don’t think she was a citizen. Had an accent.
