I’ve been a patient here for about six or seven years. No complaints until the last three months. Could not be less satisfied by the care coordination at this clinic. From the lab not executing physician’s orders, to the physician not putting them in, to my PCP leaving the clinic without providing me notice and then not wanting to prescribe me medications I require for literal survival, this clinic has deteriorated to the point of non-functionality. I was over billed and raised the issue as a dispute. Instead of communicating with me, they sent the bill to collections. We decided to change primary care providers afterwards for the whole family. Their doctors are fine, but their billing department is terrible and very unprofessional- not worth the hassle or the ding to your credit report. Avoid!
Years ago, this was a great office with awesome front desk employees. I used to see Dr. McManaman and she really cared about me as a patient and it was easy to see that she cared about other people there, too. Since she left, my husband and I visited this office one time. We will never go back because the front desk employees are snobs and honestly just mean people. Hands down the worst experience I have EVER had at a doctor's office in my entire life, and I would give a zero star review if I could. Last November (2024), I established with this clinic in order to schedule an annual exam, and was told before I could make the annual that I needed to first make an appointment to meet the doctor.
