On 03/10/2026 due to complications with my breathing i contacted my primary doctor Optum who referred me on 02/16/2026 to a pulmonary doctor i have bot received any updat as to when I would be seen. Upon contacting the pulmonary doctor I was told no referral had been received. I contacted Oprum referral dept who told me to contact my doctor to find out what's what. Booked an appointment with them after going to my insurances website and looking up doctors in my area that are in network. Called and made an appointment to be told that it would be a month before I could be seen. They sent me reminder texts and everything. 5 days before my actual appointment they called to tell me they don't take my insurance. Avoid this place if you actually need medical attention!
I was just released from having sorta anyurssm surgery. My discarding orders were to follow up with my GP . I called to make a appointment to see my doctor , was told no appointments for six weeks and she was on vacation. When I said I couldn't wait that long the appointment setter told me she would tell the doctor not to take a vacation. Smart ass reply .
