I found Dr. Robberson and her staff to be friendly, professional and very timely
I did not have any issues with the Dr. The problem lies with the staff. Most recently I requested a nebulizer after Urgent Care recommended it. The Nurse provided false information ( insurance does not cover) and I just should have gotten an RX from Urgent Care. She was condescending and dismissive and for that reason, I will be seeking another practice. One of the most important factors is being treated with respect, especially by the staff.
