I called their office on 7.3.25 in the morning cause my scripts were due on 7.4.25 and they were closed on the 4th. The medical assistant I talked to told me not to worry they would have them called in, well guess what they never did and it’s medication I need and they just left me to go the 3 day weekend without it way to go optum y’all really care about your patients. I can't with a good feeling give them 1 star. They are rude and clearly don't care about who they serve. I went in to the office, i was 10 min late due to traffic, i stood there for at least 8 minutes and listened to some staff telling this girl how to do her time card. Finally asking if she could help me she said I was too late. I said I was here you wouldn't check me in. This is a number of times I have been in to this office staff that is clearly rude and doesn't care. I will never go back, I'm looking for a new provider
I was a patient for almost 20 years, since it was Dr. Johnson's practice. I've been healthy and not gone in a couple years, now I'm considered a "new patient" and none of them are accepting new patients. Way to ruin a great practice, I'll never go again and I'll tell everyone to avoid anything Optum!
I have been a patient with Dr. Johnson since he opened his practice thirty plus years ago. I have great respect for Tanya Chelsey and have continued to see her since Dr. Johnson left. However, the wait times are wearisome even though I respect her greatly. I've had similar issues to those mentioned by Deb in her review - problems with billings, referrals, and what feels like a general lack of care. So i guess no one here does video visits anymore. Will be going elsewhere, and I'd suggest every person going here finds a new doctor. good riddance optum, way to destroy something that worked, all in the name of corporate greed. If only I could give you zero stars. Thanks for nothing 💕
