Although my PCP is good, OPTUM is the absolute WORST. They sent a bill for $400 to me without itimizing, and didn't submit to Medicare. I tried to search for a customer service number and called many, but no one answered! What a SCAM of a service. DO NOT USE!!!
Before Dr. Varun Malik medical appointments were something I did when absolutely necessary. Dr. Varun Malik, taught me the importance of a patient doctor relationship. He is an absolutely excellent physician and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a Doctor.
Dr Lisa Alex is an excellent physician. Knowledgeable, understanding and thorough. Optimal radiology also did a great job. Fast appointment, techs so professional and results quickly on portal. And you can reach them by phone !!!! Amazing !!
when it comes to customer service Optum has it down packed, they're very professional, and understanding.
I went for my physical and the NP spent a total of 1 minute in the room with me. She checked my heart and breathing with a stethoscope and ushered me right out. I tried to discuss issues and she just said blood work will tell me and pushed me towards bloodwork. Optum is also a joke. Their call center is in the Philippines and you can’t get a direct line to the office. These doctors and office should be ashamed of themselves and are the epitome of the declining healthcare system in the US
