My doctor is incredible this review has nothing to do with him. The office staff and their communication is unacceptable. They accidentally sent my perscription to the wrong pharmacy. I called first thing this morning to fix it. They sent it back to the incorrect pharmacy and refused to answer the phone and speak with me or any of the other representatives that were trying to contact them. A full day has passed without them correcting their mistake, or even trying to, or apologizing or acknowledging! I wouldn’t be so frustra... read more
Update: I was charged $555 for one dermatology visit where the doctor basically asked me questions and did a cursory exam. That doesn’t include $100 fee I paid separately to have a skin tag removed. This is highway robbery! Who can afford this??? My insurance covered $315 (which is extremely generous I think and this office is in-network) and now I’m being asked to pay the rest.
