Update 1. This office keeps messing up with my medication refill, it is going to be the third time If I could give "zero" I would, if it was not because I like my Dr... Dr. Courville. The GV front people most of the time is nice, unless you call them, they have the worst customer service. Also, it takes your entire day to get in contact to that office and when you do, you wish you never call them in first place. I love this office and Dr Courville. Front desk is friendly and everyone is very efficient.
