Update 2. I am no longer with this "health provider" because of their lack of professionalism, overcharging (they charged me twice for a visit), and messing up my annual check appointment. Update 1. Refused to talk to my insurance abut whether or not the doctor is actually covered by my insurance. Office says yes. Insurance says no. Insurance called multiple times to discuss the issue. Office never called insurance back. After repeatedly (months) being told we had no balance, we were sent a statement for money owed. A week and a half later, we got a notice that it had been sent to collections. Six months of arguing with Optum, still fighting to have this removed from collections. I had to take a day off work. I arrived 7:30am on time to best of my knowledge. When I arrived, I was informed that I was 10 minutes late, and would have to reschedule. I was bewildered. There was akmost nobody in the waiting room. There was one office staffi in the front office. one other guy who got there at seven thirty in front of me by minutes. I think they double booked my appointment and just took the first guy who showed up.
I scheduled an appointment with this office 6 months ago and just got a text reminder of my upcoming appointment thats not even in this green valley clinic. No call or text to let me know they Scheduled me 30 mins away in Tucson
The office staff was great. Sophia the medical assistant to Martha Lizárraga were both attentive and very thorough. I am very happy with the care they provided.
