I used the app to request a refill on my prescription and received a message that it's denied but no reason as to why. I've been on the prescription due to my T2D. I messaged back asking for the reason, and I called to follow up. It was about 4:10pm but got routed to the answering service, yet the office hours are until 5pm. Not the type of Doctor's office I'm having confidence in.

Update 2. I am no longer with this "health provider" because of their lack of professionalism, overcharging (they charged me twice for a visit), and messing up my annual check appointment. Update 1.
