I've had my Dr. For a long time now. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The building is new. Very clean. Easy to get to off I-270
Dr. Hollinsworth and her nurse Jasmine are the gold standard for healthcare. They take such good care of my family they are always kind, compassionate and professional. The front desk could use some retraining and lately when you call it takes a long time to get through to someone
Had the absolute worst experience here. Waited almost a month to get an initial appointment then got canceled on the day of the appointment. I could not get scheduled until another three weeks out. Originally got rescheduled with a doctor that was retired so I showed up to the appointment just to found out I couldn’t even get serviced. Totally unprofessional and just absolutely messed up.
the doctors are great but some of the staff is SO rude! I don’t remember her name but one of the receptionists (katress? katris?) was so rude to an older woman that it inspired me to write this review. I was actually appalled by how she talked to that lady. you should fire some of these people!
The pharmacist is great and they always try and get my meds to me on time. Whether it be UPS or delivery service.
