Great parking with a covered drop off area. Ample seating space with several chair heights in the waiting area. Staff is very friendly. Clean, well attended public restrooms.
I came in for a mammogram, but was told it was too soon for my insurance to cover it. This also happened last year. Your scheduling staff should check to make sure the date is not too soon for insurance coverage. Your staff wasted my time twice now.
My Optum Primary Care center is easy to access and has very professional staff and treated me with respect like a medical office should be.
I cannot say enough good things about Optum care. My wife was just released from the hospital. We got a call from them the next day following up with her condition and to see if they could be of any help.
Wonderful staff. Polite and professional. Convenient location and parking.
