I miss Dr Jordan! I can't complain about the NPs there but the back office are so slow and make so many mistakes with prescriptions and referrals and setting up procedures. We just got tired of it & find a new Dr. A real MD that Optum can't seem to hire at least at this location.
The doctor that cared and took the time to listen to your concern is no longer there. Don’t go here the NP not doctors are dismissive they could care less what’s wrong with you my first time seeing Achuthan I came for a urgent appointment instead of going to ER she give diagnosis/prescription before even looking at my chart. This place is is a joke need to start looking for some place else before end up
I have been a patient at this office for over 10 years, I loved my doctor and the care I had received. I called today to schedule an appointment for a chronic condition and was callously informed by the call center representative that the office no longer accepts my insurance. Moving the appointment scheduling back in house would be wise to restore a sense of compassion and care. I guess I won't be dealing with this again due to insurance, but please beware!
Would give a zero of possible. OPTUM is flat out horrible. Went here almost 20 years without issues. Since OPTUM took over you can no longer call the office if they mess up a prescription order. Every time I need a refill CVS can't reach them and I have to drive to the office (8 times now) to get anything done. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have had in ANY industry. Absolutely pathetic.
