Terrible service. I was scheduled for appointment at 10:40. I arrived at 10:20. All my paperwork was filled-out online. Have my insurance card? And ID ready sat there till almost 11 o'clock, 2 patients that walked in at least 20 minutes after me, we're called to the back before I even got seen very unprofessional. If you have a policy of new patients that they're going to be at least an hour. Wait before they're seen, they need to make that known very, very unprofessional. Would never go here. I seen the pcp in 1st week in January. Pcp said that I need to see a specialist soon as possible. Its now 3/3/26. And referrals are still pending .Have not been sent to my insurance. Delay of Healthcare is not acceptable .
So unhappy with the care of Dr. Calvarez-Cowden. To be blunt she seems very uninformed of how to do her job. I entered for blood work, had it taken & they DID NOT label it. They had me come back for more blood work, they took blood, and she did not put in for the labs she wanted. Told me to come back again! She refused to do my physical paperwork for me unless I went to get blood work a 3rd time, when it should have been one!
