Dr Babugowda and her staff really care about their patients. Always friendly and with go the extra step.
Care and attitude of staff is excellent, office is clean and inviting, also has coffee available. Always a pleasure to go for appointments any time of the day.
I got up this morning and showered and shaved. Was told that my appointment had been postponed until September, why wasn’t I notified? And then they tell me that I don’t get to see the doctor, just the APRN. I can go along with the APRN, but I would rather have a doctor visit. I have never seen her.
The absolute WORST office staff. They always say they will call back and they never do. The office woman I spoke with today (Lucy-ann, unsure of spelling) hung up on me when I asked her if she would be the one to call me back personally as I have been trying to get a straight answer all week about refilling my grandmothers medications. I have been trying for two weeks to get medications refilled. Sonal Dave is great but her office staff needs work.
UPDATE June 25: Dr Roberto Perez has left this office abruptly last month without notifying us after many years as our family doctor and no one seems to know where he went. Very strange. ———————— Dr Roberto Perez has always gone above and beyond to help myself and my mother like a member of our family. The new office location is more relaxed and stress free.
