What is the deal with Optum not taking any Medicaid pt anymore. Heard great things about them but I guess they were wrong. No one seems to know much about anything it seems like
So so so incredibly upset with how downhill this location has gotten with their service. How can you justify making someone wait 45 minutes for labwork at 7:30 in the morning when you open?? I could draw my own blood faster.
Need to send other doctors medical records and not make patients wait months to have it done. The hour long, if not longer, is not exceptable. Would the Dr wait for me for an hour? No. Please have providers who don't treat patients like they are cattle running through. Bed side manner is something that is missing here!
The front desk and doctors are great but the hour long wait times need to change. I had an appointment at 905. I checked in a little early but I had to wait for the doctor for over an hour. This happened twice so far. I actually left without seeing the doctor and asked for my copay back due to the long wait time. I understand things happen but I have things to do like everyone else. What's the point of even making an appointment right? They really need to manage their times and others times as well.
The front desk person is super slow. She takes her time getting things done. The lab is supposed to open at 7:30, but the lab tech pulls into the parking lot at 7:30. Love my doctor but would like to see some changes to the front office and lab staff.
