We were late by only 15mins and the next available date was in December for a pregnant women. Not sure how it will work out for a pregnant women to delay a test by 45days. And they call themselves doctors!
Terrible service! they cancelled 4 times in a row my appointment with the doctor I've had for years, passing me over to NPs, and those appointments we cancelled the day before. I've been waiting now for 6 MONTHS to see my doctor!!! The receptionists are incompetent, and did not want to tell me the manager's name when I asked for it. I had to put pressure to get the name. Do not choose this place as your primary care!
Had a great first visit. Bathroom and waiting area was clean. Front desk employee was friendly and helpful. Waiting time was short and the nurse that assisted me was welcoming, informative, and overall took the time to assist me with all my questions. I did not feel rush. Best time to go would be early morning because by the time I finished, there were more people in the waiting area.
